High-purity genomic DNA isolation from whole blood samples
The GSure® Blood DNA Isolation Kit is a rapid, silica column–based genomic DNA purification system designed for efficient extraction of high-quality DNA from human or animal whole blood. Blood contains proteins, hemoglobin, and PCR inhibitors that complicate extraction; this kit uses optimized Proteinase K digestion, chaotropic lysis, and ethanol-based DNA binding to deliver PCR-ready, inhibitor-free DNA consistently.
It is suitable for diagnostic workflows, molecular biology experiments, genotyping studies, sequencing projects, and routine PCR/qPCR assays. The GSure® system performs competitively with global products, while offering better cost-effectiveness for high-throughput Indian laboratories.
Purified DNA is of high integrity and suitable for all downstream molecular applications.
● High Purity Genomic DNA: Efficient removal of cellular proteins, hemoglobin, and PCR inhibitors ensures clean, high-quality DNA suitable for sensitive applications.
● Proteinase K–Enhanced Lysis: Optimized digestion at 56°C ensures complete breakdown of blood cells, improving DNA yield.
● Compatible with Whole Blood & Nucleated RBC Samples Works with: 200 µL whole blood
5–10 µL nucleated RBC blood (avian, reptilian etc.)
● Silica Column–Based Purification: GMini columns ensure reliable DNA binding, high recovery, and purity compatible with enzyme-based reactions.
● Suitable for All Downstream Applications: Purified DNA performs reliably in:
PCR, qPCR, sequencing, genotyping, restriction digestion, and NGS prep.
● Fast, Streamlined Workflow: Complete DNA isolation in ~20–25 minutes, requiring only a microcentrifuge.
● Economical with Global-Grade Performance: Comparable performance to Qiagen and Thermo kits at significantly reduced cost.
● Ambient Buffer Storage: Proteinase K stored at 4°C; all other buffers stable at room temperature—ideal for Indian labs.

GSure® Blood DNA Isolation Kit
The GSure® Blood DNA Isolation Kit offers a complete workflow for extracting genomic DNA from whole blood. It is optimized for both fresh and properly stored blood samples.
The workflow incorporates:
● Sample Lysis (Proteinase K + GDBL1) Add Proteinase K and GDBL1 to 200 µL whole blood (5–10 µL for nucleated RBC samples).
Mix and incubate at 56°C for 10 minutes.
Centrifuge at 13,000 rpm for 2–3 minutes to pellet debris.
● DNA Binding (Ethanol + GDBL2) Add absolute ethanol and GDBL2 buffer.
Load lysate onto GMini silica column in multiple steps.
● Column Purification Wash twice with Membrane Wash Buffer containing ethanol.
Perform final dry spin to remove ethanol residues, essential for PCR compatibility.
● Elution Add 50–200 µL Elution Buffer.
Incubate and centrifuge to obtain purified genomic DNA.
The DNA obtained is clean, concentrated, and ready for direct use in molecular biology applications.
