Intent to Use:
The DiAGSure® Transplant BCEA Kit is a highly efficient molecular diagnostic assay that employs multiplex and simultaneous detection to identify multiple viral pathogens in a single test run using just one clinical sample. This kit is specifically designed to detect four major viruses that commonly affect transplant recipients: BK Virus, Cytomegalovirus (CMV), Epstein – Barr virus (EBV), and Adenovirus. These pathogens are known to cause serious complications such as graft dysfunction, haemorrhagic cystitis, pneumonitis, and post-transplant lymphoproliferative disorders, particularly in immunocompromised patients. By enabling the simultaneous detection of all four viruses, the DiAGSure® Transplant BCEA Kit significantly reduces diagnostic turnaround time, conserves sample volume, and improves the ability to detect co-infections early.
