DiAGSure® AMR Panel is a multiplex real-time PCR assay developed for the rapid detection of key antimicrobial resistance (AMR) markers and high-risk bacterial pathogens associated with multidrug-resistant infections. The panel targets 3 markers for Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA), 3 for Vancomycin-resistant Enterococci (VRE), and 5 major carbapenem resistance genes. It also detects clinically significant pathogens including Klebsiella pneumoniae, Acinetobacter baumannii, and Pseudomonas aeruginosa, which are often implicated in hospital-acquired infections and known for their resistance profiles.
