DiAGSure® Respiratory Panel (24 Pathogens)

Intent to use:
The DiAGSure® Respiratory Panel (24 Pathogens) is a comprehensive multiplex real-time PCR assay that enables simultaneous detection of 24 viral and bacterial respiratory pathogens from a single clinical sample. The panel includes major viruses such as Influenza A, Influenza B, H1N1pdm09, H3N2, RSV-A/B, HMPV-A/B, Parainfluenza types 1–4, Adenovirus, Rhinovirus, Enterovirus, Bocavirus, and SARS-CoV-2, alongside key bacterial agents like Bordetella pertussis, B. parapertussis, Haemophilus influenzae, Chlamydophila pneumoniae, Mycoplasma pneumoniae, and Streptococcus pneumoniae. These pathogens are responsible for a wide range of respiratory illnesses, from mild upper respiratory tract infections to severe pneumonia and pertussis.
