The DiAGSure® Bacterial/ Protozoal STI Panel-4T RT PCR Kit is a comprehensive multiplex real-time PCR assay designed for the simultaneous detection of nine common sexually transmitted and urogenital pathogens: Chlamydia trachomatis, Neisseria gonorrhoeae, Trichomonas vaginalis, Gardnerella vaginalis, Mycoplasma hominis, Mycoplasma genitalium, Ureaplasma urealyticum, Enterococcus faecalis, and Escherichia coli. These pathogens are frequently associated with a wide range of reproductive tract infections, including urethritis, cervicitis, vaginitis, pelvic inflammatory disease, infertility, and complications during pregnancy.
