DiAGSure® Fever Panel (6 Pathogens) Detection Kit

Intent to use:
The DiAGSure® Fever Panel (6 Pathogens) is a multiplex real-time PCR assay designed for the simultaneous detection of six major causes of acute febrile illness: Dengue virus (DENV 1–4), Chikungunya virus (CHIKV), Salmonella Typhi/Paratyphi (Typhoid), Plasmodium spp. (Malaria – P. falciparum & P. vivax), Leptospira spp., and Orientia tsutsugamushi (Scrub Typhus). These pathogens are prevalent in tropical and subtropical regions and often present with overlapping, non-specific symptoms such as fever, headache, myalgia, and rash, leading to frequent misdiagnosis. This comprehensive panel enables rapid, accurate identification of the causative agent from a single sample, facilitating early, targeted treatment and reducing diagnostic delays. With high sensitivity and specificity, it supports efficient clinical management, particularly in outbreak settings and co-infections.
