DiAGSure® Typhoid & Paratyphoid PCR Kit

Intent to use:
The DiAGSure® Typhoid & Paratyphoid Multiplex PCR Kit is a real-time PCR assay developed for the simultaneous detection and differentiation of Salmonella enterica serovar Typhi and Paratyphi A/B/C directly from clinical samples. These pathogens are responsible for enteric (typhoid and paratyphoid) fevers, which pose significant health risks in endemic regions. Clinical symptoms often overlap with other febrile illnesses, making accurate diagnosis challenging. Conventional culture methods are time-consuming and less effective in early detection, especially in pre-treated cases. The DiAGSure® kit offers rapid, sensitive, and specific identification of both Typhi and Paratyphi strains during the acute phase, allowing timely intervention. It is ideal for routine clinical diagnostics and outbreak surveillance.
