DiAGSure® Norovirus GI/GII TaqMan PCR kit

Intended Use:
The DiAGSure® Norovirus GI/GII TaqMan PCR kit is an in vitro diagnostic (IVD) Real-time Reverse Transcriptase-polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR) test involving TaqMan chemistry intended for the detection of Norovirus GI and GII RNA in stool, tissue and plasma samples. This three-plex PCR detects the RdRP gene of Norovirus GI/GII genome and includes an endogenous RNase-P internal control (IC) reference gene in a single-tube reaction.
