The GSure® Plant RNA Isolation Kit is a uniquely engineered system for extracting high-quality, inhibitor-free total RNA from a broad variety of plant tissues—including samples rich in polysaccharides, polyphenols, secondary metabolites, and enzymatic contaminants that typically interfere with RNA purification.
Using an optimized buffer system (GRP1 + Part A/B + GRP2 + GRP3) and a dual-column strategy (DNA removal followed by RNA binding), the kit overcomes challenges commonly encountered with plant RNA extraction and consistently delivers RNA suitable for RT-PCR, qPCR, RNA-Seq, Northern blotting, and downstream gene-expression assays.
