Intent to use:
The DiAGSure® Transplant Panel Kit (9 Pathogens) is designed to detect and identify nine clinically significant viruses that commonly affect immunocompromised individuals, especially transplant recipients. It utilizes multiplex and simultaneous detection, enabling the identification of all nine pathogens in a single test run using just one clinical sample. The panel includes: Herpes Simplex Virus Type 1 (HSV-1), Herpes Simplex Virus Type 2 (HSV-2), Varicella Zoster Virus (VZV), Cytomegalovirus (CMV), Epstein-Barr Virus (EBV), Parvovirus B19, BK Virus, JC Virus, and Adenovirus. These viruses can cause a wide range of complications such as encephalitis, nephropathy, graft dysfunction, and severe systemic infections.
