DiAGSure® Herpes Panel Detection kit

Intent to use:
The DiAGSure® Herpes Panel kit is a comprehensive diagnostic tool designed to detect a broad range of clinically significant herpesviruses, including HSV-1, HSV-2, CMV, EBV, VZV, HHV-6, and HHV-7. HSV-1 primarily causes oral herpes, leading to cold sores and can occasionally result in encephalitis, while HSV-2 is mainly responsible for genital herpes, a common sexually transmitted infection. Cytomegalovirus (CMV) can cause severe disease in immunocompromised patients and congenital infections. Epstein-Barr Virus (EBV) is associated with infectious mononucleosis and certain cancers. Varicella-Zoster Virus (VZV) causes chickenpox and shingles. HHV-6 and HHV-7 are linked to roseola infantum and may contribute to other neurological and immunological disorders. The DiAGSure® Herpes Panel kit offers high sensitivity and specificity for these viruses, enabling early and accurate diagnosis to guide effective treatment and patient care.
