DiAGSure® Respiratory Panel (34 Pathogens)

Intent to use:
The DiAGSure® Respiratory Panel (34 Pathogens) is an advanced multiplex real-time PCR assay that enables simultaneous detection of 34 respiratory viruses and bacteria from a single clinical specimen. It covers a comprehensive range of pathogens, including Influenza A/B, H1N1pdm09, H3N2, RSV-A/B, HMPV, Parainfluenza 1–4, Adenovirus, Rhinovirus, Enterovirus, Human Bocavirus, Mumps, Human Coronaviruses (229E/NL63/OC43/HKU1), and key bacterial agents like Bordetella pertussis, Haemophilus influenzae, Mycoplasma pneumoniae, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Legionella pneumophila, Streptococcus pneumoniae, Staph. aureus, Acinetobacter baumannii, and more. These pathogens contribute to a wide range of illnesses—from mild cold-like symptoms to severe pneumonia, bronchiolitis, sepsis, and pertussis. This broad-spectrum panel is crucial for differential diagnosis in critical care, especially in co-infections and outbreak settings.
