Rapid, high-purity extraction of total RNA from fresh whole blood
The GSure® Blood RNA Isolation Kit is an advanced silica-column purification system designed to isolate high-quality, inhibitor-free total RNA directly from fresh whole blood (400 µL–1 mL). The kit effectively removes hemoglobin, proteins, genomic DNA, and enzymatic inhibitors commonly present in blood, ensuring reliable RNA suitable for qRT-PCR, gene expression analysis, viral diagnostics, biomarker studies, and other downstream molecular biology applications.
With a uniquely formulated One Step Lysis Buffer, heat-assisted lysis at 70°C, and a pre-purification column that removes cellular debris and contaminants before RNA binding, the GSure® system offers significant performance and cost advantages over standard MNC kits.
